Our very own Dr. Charles Parker, Director for the Nanomaterials and Thin Films Lab, has been selected from his fellow faculty/staff peers to received the "Capers and Marion McDonal Mentorin and Advising Award." Dr. Parker will receive his award at the Engineering Awards Banquet at the Washington Duke Inn on Saturday, April 5, 2014.
Dr. Parker's committment to this lab is a key element to it's success. His many duties as Director of the lab as well as his excellent mentoring and advising to the lab's students does not go unrecognized. We are very excited to see Dr. Parker receive this award!
