Dr. Peng was a Research Scientist at the Nanomaterials and Thin Films Lab at the Pratt School of Engineering's Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His current research pursuits focused on Atomic Layer Deposition, Ultra-thin film, Surface Science, and Sustainable Energy. He completed his doctoral studies (Ph.D.) from the North Carolina State University in 2009. Prior, he completed his bachelor's (2001) and master's (2004) in Chemical Engineering from the East China University of Science and Technology.
