Tanouir Aloui

PhD Candidate

Tanouir is a PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Her current research focuses on studying ionization processes within the ion source of the miniature mass spectrometer built by the NTFL group.

Tanouir first joined the Nanomaterials and Thin Films Lab in March 2015 as an intern. Her research focused on Graphene-Insulator-Semiconductor Electron Emitter Cathode Development for Large Area Electron Lithography: https://doi.org/10.1063/1.4984955

She earned her engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and her M.S in Nanoscale Engineering from Lyon University in France.

She had two B.S degrees in physics and mathematics from Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines University (Paris).
