The Duke NTFL was well-represented at the 2014 Fall ECS Conference in Cancun, MX!
Ph.D Candidate Isvar Cordova had two poster presentations on his latest research on CuNi nanowires for transparent hybrid capacitors and photoelectrochemical water-splitting using nanostructures coated by atomic layer deposition. In addtion, Dr. Qing Peng gave an oral presentation on his work on photoelectrochemical disinfection of human liquid waste during the 2014 Electrochemical Energy and Water Summit on "Applying Electrochemistry to Complex Global Challenges" sponsored by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
